Our factory in Dongguan

Our factory brings together sewing equipment, skilled production workers and an experienced development team. We work with brands, retailers and studios on yoga and activewear, from catalog-based development to custom designs.

Production routes for different designs

Cut-and-sew activewear

Cut-and-sew development uses pattern pieces, panels and seams to create the garment’s shape. Waistbands, gussets, pockets and other construction details are developed with the chosen fabric and fit.

The production brief brings together the material, color, measurements, construction and finishing details required for cutting and assembly.

Seamless activewear

Seamless development takes a different route, with the knitted structure and garment shape considered together. The design, fit and finishing details determine the development and production arrangement for the style.

Our team discusses that route with you during development so the sample and order specifications reflect the garment being made.

Start with the outcome

Tell us the activity, wearer and fit you are aiming for. We review which route and sample work are appropriate rather than assuming one method suits every design.

Design, patterns and samples

A garment needs more than a design image. The silhouette, measurements, fabric and construction must work together on the wearer.

Our design and sample support connects your references with those details. Through samples and fit feedback, we work on the shape, measurements, seams and brand applications. The approved sample and written specifications become the reference for the order.

Materials developed with the garment

Fabric composition, weight, stretch and hand feel affect how a garment fits, moves and is assembled. Our material options draw on our own supply and third-party suppliers, with selection based on the product being developed.

Sampling connects the material choice with the pattern, seams, fit and brand details. The selected material and color references are recorded with the order specifications.

Quality checks against the approved specifications

Quality checks use the approved sample and written specifications as their reference. The inspection requirements for the order cover the details that matter to the garment and your brand.

Measurements and fit details

Key measurements, measurement methods and tolerances provide the basis for checking size specifications.

Seams and workmanship

Checks address seam appearance, symmetry, finishing and the construction details identified for the garment.

Branding and packing

Logo placement, labels, color references and packaging are checked against the order requirements.

The inspection arrangement and any issues requiring review are addressed before shipment.

Packing and delivery

Labels, garment presentation, quantity identification and carton requirements form part of the packing brief. The delivery arrangement is planned around the destination and order schedule, with production and shipping considered separately.

For repeat orders, the approved product references help establish what remains the same and what needs to change before production is planned again.
