From your brief to bulk production
1. Brief and references
Send the styles or design references, intended use and any specifications you already have. Estimated quantities, your destination and target timing help us understand the project and prepare the next development or quotation step.
2. Materials and sample development
Work through the fabric, construction, measurements and brand details with our team. Sample scope, fees and preparation time are set out for the development being proposed.
3. Sample review and approval
Review fit, feel, construction and finishing on the sample. Share clear feedback so revisions can be carried into the next version. The approved sample and specifications establish the reference for production.
4. Order and production
Finalize the style quantities, color and size breakdown, branding and packing requirements. The quotation and order terms set out the commercial details and production schedule for the approved specification.
5. Quality checks and delivery
Production, inspection and packing follow the order arrangement. Shipment is coordinated for the agreed destination and delivery responsibilities. For a repeat order, identify any changes to the approved product before the next production run.
Fabric and color
Compare materials by composition, weight, hand feel, stretch and suitability for the garment. We help connect the fabric choice with the intended activity, fit and construction, then review it through sampling.
Color selection is made in the chosen fabric. Existing material options and additional sourcing or development are discussed as part of the project.
Turn fit feedback into decisions.
Fit and construction
Develop the silhouette and key measurements, with attention to the features that shape the garment: waistbands, panels, straps, necklines, pockets and seams.
Use your size specifications or reference fit to guide sample feedback. Revisions focus on the changes needed for the next sample and the final production specification.

Logo, labels and packaging
Bring your logo artwork and brand requirements. Placement, size and application are developed with the garment’s material and construction.
Labels, hangtags and packaging can be included in the same brief so the garment and its presentation work together.

Coordinated collections
Develop tops, bottoms and layers as a collection, with attention to how the pieces fit, feel and look together. Material and color choices are reviewed across the garments rather than treated as separate decisions.
Plan the order around your styles.
Minimums, sample costs and timing are planned around your styles, materials and development needs. Start with what you know; we help define the sample work and order requirements.
Send your collection brief
Share your styles, references or design files and describe the support you need. You can start without a finished technical pack.
You can email technical packs and larger files to [email protected].
