This policy explains how UnimSport handles information when you browse our B2B activewear catalog, contact our team or submit a business inquiry.
Information You Provide
Inquiry forms collect your name, email address and message. Depending on the form, you may also provide your company, country, quantities, contact number, product links, style references or an attachment. Please share only information needed for your request and avoid sending sensitive personal information.
How We Use Inquiry Information
Submitted requests and permitted attachments are stored privately for authorized staff to review and handle your inquiry. Our configured Microsoft email service sends staff notifications and an acknowledgment to the email address you provide. Our team may follow up about your request. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.
Cookies, Browser Storage and Optional Analytics
WordPress uses cookies for administrative sign-in. Essential storage also supports form security and privacy choices. The inquiry-list feature, where used, stores selected product IDs and quantities in this browser; it does not synchronize across devices. You can remove items or clear site data.
Google Analytics, configured through Google Site Kit, measures visits and page usage. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replay to help us understand browsing problems. These optional tools are enabled by default for new visitors, subject to browser privacy signals, administrator exclusions and our collection settings. Clarity also runs on inquiry pages to help us understand form usability, subject to your privacy choices. Dedicated confirmation pages and URLs containing non-permitted query parameters remain excluded. Clarity masks input fields and dropdown values. Advertising storage is not enabled through our Clarity integration.
You can select Reject in the privacy notice to disable both optional tools, or use More Options to switch each tool off separately and select Save changes. Accept or closing the initial privacy notice records both tools as enabled. Closing the preferences window without saving does not change your saved choices. You can change your choices at any time using Privacy preferences in the footer. Changes reload the page; information already transmitted before you opt out is not undone. Your preference is remembered in this browser for up to six months. Rejecting optional tools does not prevent you from browsing products or submitting an inquiry.
The fonts used on the public website are served from our own website rather than requested from Google Fonts.
Service Providers and External Links
Hosting, Cloudflare security verification, Microsoft email, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity services process information needed for their respective functions. Optional analytics follows the choices described above. Security verification may process technical information needed to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse.
WhatsApp contact buttons and other external links take you to third-party services with their own privacy practices. Product WhatsApp links prepare a message containing the product name, style code and public page URL; you choose whether to send it. Do not include confidential information in public links.
Retention and Your Requests
Inquiry records are retained for handling requests and related business correspondence. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, contact our team and identify the email address used for your request. Some records may need to be retained for existing business, recordkeeping or legal obligations.
Business Audience
This website is intended for business procurement and manufacturing inquiries and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Contact and Policy Updates
Use our contact page for privacy questions. The site does not offer public customer account registration or paid recurring subscriptions. We will update this policy when the information practices or enabled services change.
